  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint


  • Blend coconut water, avocado, apple juice and mint on medium for 30 seconds.
  • Add frozen mixed berries and blend on high until smooth, about one minute.
