Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar is one of my favorite products in the entire store. Bragg’s is unfiltered, raw, and non-GMO. The sediment you see in the bottom of the bottle is called the “mother”, which comes from the fermentation process. It contains antibacterial properties and probiotics, and is also great for supporting weight loss, skin toning, PH balancing of skin, and lowering the glycemic index of foods (take 30 minutes before a meal).
Need more convincing of this vinegar’s greatness? Add a tablespoon to a large glass of water or apple juice for a great detox drink. It will also give you improved energy due to increasing your metabolism.
To treat dandruff, mix ¼ cup water with ¼ cup Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar in a spray bottle. You can also use it as a hair rinse after shampooing. Apple cider vinegar is loaded with potassium so it can decrease leg cramps at night. Simply add one teaspoon honey and one tablespoon apple cider vinegar to hot water or apple juice and drink. It’s also great for soothing a sore throat!
I’ve been using this vinegar for years in my favorite salad dressing recipe. Try it out!
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. raw organic honey
4 Tbsp. Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
12 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. Himalayan sea salt or Celtic Gray sea salt (optional)
Mix well and enjoy this most unique flavor. This is the only salad dressing that I will actually drink by itself! You can also add crushed blackberries or raspberries to ramp up the flavor.
