With parties, family gatherings and get-togethers filling your calendar, there are plenty of opportunities to slip up and overindulge in our favorite traditional holiday dishes and treats. None of us want to go into the new year with a Santa-like belly, but sometimes avoiding those seasonal goodies is easier said than done. Although it’s easy to get overwhelmed by food choices this time of year, these simple swaps won’t compromise flavor or your wellness goals. Not to mention, these holiday swaps will keep your clothes fitting comfortably in 2020.

    feature items that are lower than usual in sodium.
