Try these recipes using Dante’s Spicy Mayo and Dum Yum Sauce:

Seared Scallops and Shittake Mushrooms with Dum Yum Sauce


6 scallops
6 shiitake mushroom caps
2 T. Olive oil
2 scallions slices
1 jalapeño minced
Dante’s Dum Yum sauce


In a large saute pan sear the scallops and shitake mushrooms golden brown with the olive oil.
Toss in the minced jalapenos and scallions at the end.  Place in a bowl.
Add Dum Yum Sauce to coat the scallops and serve immediately.

Over Stuffed Couch Potatoes with Spicy Mayo

2 large potatoes
Vegetable oil to fry
6 shrimp
1/2c. diced chorizo sausage
1 cup. arugula leaves
grated cheddar cheese
2 T. whole butter
Dante Spicy Mayo Sauce

Preheat an oven to 375°.  Cover the potatoes with foil and bake the potatoes until fork tender for about 20 minutes. Cool the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.  Scoop out the center potato making a boat.
In a small pot of oil @ 350°, fry the potato skins until golden brown.  In a large sauté pan brown the sausage and shrimp with the whole butter.  Add the remaining innards of the potato and season with salt and pepper.  Fold in the arugula and wilt.  Spoon the shrimp potato mixture into the fried potato skins.  Grate cheddar cheese over the top.  Place the overstuffed potatoes into the oven to melt the cheese.  Spoon some sour cream on top and serve immediately along side Dante Spicy Mayo for the most excellent dipping.
