What is Port Wine? As you may have guessed from the name, it’s wine from Portugal. Typically paired with desserts, port wines express raspberry, blackberry, caramel, cinnamon and chocolate flavors, depending on the variety.

Rosé Port Cocktail
Rosé Port, similar to our favorite summer rosé wines, is a new style of Port. This style of Port is known for its violet, strawberry and caramel flavors.
- Rosé Port
- Club Soda
- Slice of Lemon and Lime
- Combine equal parts of Rosé Port and club soda in a glass with ice.
- Stir well and garnish with a slice of lemon and lime.
White Port Cocktail
Not surprisingly, White Port is made from Portuguese white grape varieties like Rabigato and Viosinho. White Ports are full of delicious apricot, baked apple, citrus peel and nutty flavors.

- Orange Slice
- Combine equal parts of White Port and tonic in a glass with ice.
- Stir well and garnish with an orange slice.
