You’re Invited: Third Annual Shark Bank People’s Choice Semi-Final Event

We are excited to announce the semi-finalists in our Third Annual Shark Bank Competition! After much deliberation, sampling and analyzing the many scrumptious food items submitted by local Ohio artisans, we’ve selected the top 10 for our Shark Bank People’s Choice Semi-Final Event on September 15th, 2017.

Once again, we asked local food producers to submit their locally made food products to our Shark Bank Competition. Each product was tasted and reviewed by a panel of Heinen’s judges tasked with narrowing down the choices. Ultimately, the winner will earn a Grand Prize that includes a spot for their product on the shelves of our Northeast Ohio Heinen’s Stores.

The Shark Bank Grand Prize

This year’s Shark Bank Winner will take home a Grand Prize that includes exclusive distribution of their product(s) throughout Heinen’s Northeast Ohio stores, and their product(s) featured in Heinen’s advertising, on Heinen’s social media and in additional customer communications.  In addition, the winning producer will also receive four complimentary demos in each of our Northeast Ohio stores for one year and will be the focus of a story in a future edition of Edible Cleveland magazine.

Shark Bank People’s Choice Event – September 15th, 2017 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Heinen’s of Downtown Cleveland
Join us September 15th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first floor of the rotunda inside our Downtown Cleveland Store and taste all amazing local food products from the ten semi-finalists of the Shark Bank competition. You have the opportunity to meet the semi-finalists, sample their creations, and vote to select a People’s Choice Winner!

Shark Bank Finals and Judging – September 22nd, 2017 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Heinen’s of Downtown Cleveland
Four finalists will be back in the rotunda with their products and will pitch their products to our panel of judges and make their case as to why they should be the 3rd annual Heinen’s Shark Bank winner.
